Position: Call Center Travel Agent
Location: Blvr. Sta. Elena, El Salvador
Schedules: Full time position 3:00 p. m. - 12:00 a. m. or 6:00 a. m. - 4:00 p. m.
Days Off: 1 day off per week (rotating schedule)
Salary: base + Performance Bonus + Hiring Bonus

• Deliver outstanding customer support by answering inquiries and providing effective, timely solutions.
• Be the friendly and professional voice of our client’s brand, creating positive experiences in every interaction.
• Build trust with customers through clear communication and a service-oriented mindset.
What We’re Looking For
• English level B2+ (spoken and written) — this is essential.
• A positive attitude, high energy, and genuine passion for helping others.
• At least 6 months of call center experience in travel agencies, airlines or car rental.
• A collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
