Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, analytical, and highly organized Inside Sales professional with strong experience in logistics, export operations, and international markets. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates a strong sense of urgency in operations, and is deeply committed to the growth of the company and the development of the brand. Bringing an active portfolio of clients, contacts, and leads within the logistics industry is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively contact potential customers and manage inbound leads to develop new business opportunities in logistics and export operations.
• Prepare and deliver competitive quotes, collaborating with the pricing team to ensure accurate, market-aligned rate structures.
• Maintain strong and proactive communication with customers, managing inquiries, follow-ups, and updates throughout the sales cycle.
• Leverage an existing portfolio of clients, contacts, and leads to accelerate commercial growth.
• Track and re-engage lost or inactive clients to increase retention and conversion.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, including client status, follow-ups, deal stages, and activity history.
• Coordinate with operations teams on export documentation, data entry, shipment monitoring, and post-sales support with urgency and accuracy.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with shipping lines, carriers, transport companies, and logistics providers.
• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and supporting materials for internal and external use.
• Support the company’s business strategy by contributing actively to brand positioning, market visibility, and long-term client relationships.

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, international logistics, freight forwarding, or export operations.
• Strong experience in international markets and cross-border logistics.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Must bring an active portfolio of clients, contacts, and leads from the logistics industry.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
• Strong sense of urgency, especially in operational and time-sensitive processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently under pressure.
• Fluent in English; Spanish required.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Commitment to the company’s growth, brand development, and long-term strategic vision.
