Descripción de la Oferta

We are looking for full time Customer Service/Tech Support representatives:

- Previous experience as customer service.
- Technical Support knowledge is a plus.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge on troubleshooting for Windows, hardware and networking.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Multi-tasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to prioritize and be proactive.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to learn new tools and technology quickly.
- 10MBPS minimal internet connection at home
