Project Manager – Financial Services (Bilingual EN/ES)

Location: El Salvador (Hybrid)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Project Manager (English–Spanish) to join us to support an important international company in the financial sector. This role requires solid experience in banking, strong background in technology project management, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic, global environment.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-driven professional with excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of ensuring successful project delivery while partnering closely with business and technical stakeholders.

*Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end management of technology projects within the banking and financial services domain.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource plans.
- Coordinate communication and alignment with stakeholders across business, operations, and technology teams.
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all project milestones are delivered on time, within scope, and at the required quality standards.
- Prepare project documentation, dashboards, and updates for executive leadership.
- Promote and apply best practices across Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

*Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Mandatory experience in the banking sector (projects, products, or operations).
- Proven experience in technology project management, preferably within financial services.
- Strong knowledge and practical application of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Bilingual (English–Spanish) proficiency is required.
- Experience leading multicultural or remote teams.

*Preferred Qualifications

- Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or Prince2.
- Experience in digital transformation or large-scale technology implementations.
