Overview
The Culinary Inventory Specialist is responsible for supporting multiple clients through the use of proprietary inventory management software. This remote administrative role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of culinary operations.


Key Responsibilities
• Manage and update client inventory data using company software.
• Communicate with English- and Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Review and analyze client data to identify areas for improvement in cost control and efficiency.
• Provide professional guidance on culinary and beverage inventory best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and data accuracy.
• Learn and adapt to evolving software tools and reporting systems.

Qualifications
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Formal culinary training preferred.
• Experience working in hotels or international environments a plus.
• Prior administrative or remote support experience desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer savvy and comfortable learning new software.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and recommend improvements.

Additional Information
• This will be a full-time salaried position.
• Hours will vary and include early morning hours and occasionally minimal weekend hours.
