Join Tech Americas as a Legal Assistant and support our legal team with outbound correspondence and document management related to personnel record requests. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with excellent communication skills who can manage multiple priorities efficiently in a high-volume environment.
You’ll play an important role in ensuring timely and accurate outreach to registered agents, helping secure client employment records and keeping case information organized and up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
-Review case files to confirm record status and pending responses.
-Prepare and mail standardized legal correspondence to defendants or their agents.
-Proofread and verify letters for accuracy, grammar, and formatting.
-Track all outreach and maintain accurate documentation in the case management system.
-Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
-Collaborate with internal teams to resolve updates or issues promptly.
Qualifications:
-Prior experience in a legal or administrative support role (preferred).
-Call center experience (Must)
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
-Excellent written and verbal communication in English C1.
-Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
-Comfortable working independently and as part of a remote team.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of legal case management software is a plus.
