We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Recruiter with experience managing massive hiring processes, preferably within the BPO or call center industry.

You’ll be part of a global recruitment team that supports international clients, helping to attract, evaluate, and onboard top talent across different functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume positions (Customer Service, Technical Support, Sales, etc.).
- Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and other creative channels.
- Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews to assess language proficiency and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and accurate data in the applicant tracking system
- Support employer branding efforts and participate in local job fairs or virtual hiring events.
- Collaborate closely with account managers and team leads to ensure hiring goals and deadlines are met.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in massive recruitment or call center hiring.
- Proven experience working with BPO clients or high-volume talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and ATS tools (SmartRecruiters, Greenhouse, etc.).
- Advanced English level (B2+/C1) – able to conduct interviews and communicate with international clients.
- Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and work independently.
