About the position:
Are you passionate about sales and technology? Join Tech Americas as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and help drive growth for an international company specializing in innovative tech security solutions.
In this role, you’ll connect with potential clients, identify their needs, and guide them through the qualification and onboarding process. You’ll play a key part in expanding the client base and building lasting relationships, all while developing your career in the fast-growing technology sector.
Responsibilities
-Conduct outbound and inbound calls to potential clients interested in tech solutions.
-Qualify leads by identifying needs, urgency, and potential fit.
-Guide clients through the intake process, ensuring accurate information and a smooth experience.
-Maintain detailed and compliant records in CRM and tracking systems.
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client handoffs and follow-ups.
-Meet and exceed lead conversion and sales performance targets.
-Build trust and engagement with prospective clients through consistent communication.
-Represent the company with professionalism, empathy, and integrity.
Qualifications
-1–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or client outreach (preferably in tech or BPO environments).
-Strong English communication skills (B2–C1 level).
-Results-driven mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
-Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
-Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or CRM tools.
-Must be based in El Salvador and available for onsite work.
-Updated résumé in English.
