You will manage departmental emails, process documents, and support effective communication between clients and legal teams.
Key Responsibilities
-Manage and organize department email inboxes.
-Download, upload, and store client documents accurately.
-Communicate with clients and legal teams regarding received documents.
-Access agency portals to retrieve and process results.
Required Skills
-Proficiency with email systems, online portals, and document tools.
-Experience as administrative assistant or back office possitions 
-Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal) C1 
-Excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
