Role Overview
We are seeking a Medical Doctor with strong business acumen to join Thrivelab’s Business Development team. This individual will leverage their clinical background to build partnerships, support medical and commercial strategy, and engage with high-level stakeholders across healthcare, wellness, and longevity sectors.
This is a remote, fast-paced, purpose-driven role for someone who thrives under pressure, executes with precision, and is motivated by impact rather than routine.

Key Responsibilities
Support the CEO with business development initiatives.
Research, analyze, and synthesize company processes, medical information and market data to be informed for new initiatives.
Run project lead on business development relationships with clinics, partners, investors and internal team members.
Report to the CEO on project updates or blocks.
Support cross-functional projects involving vendors, clinical, regulatory, sales and marketing teams.
Maintain an organized pipeline of initiatives and ensure timely execution of deliverables.


Requirements
Medical degree (MD or equivalent) required.
Bilingual – fluent Spanish and C1-level English (written and spoken).
Proven ability to comprehend and communicate complex medical concepts clearly.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with experience engaging high-level contacts
Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Thrives under pressure and remains composed in fast-moving environments.
Coachable, self-motivated, and committed to personal and professional growth.
