This is a contract remote role for a Logistics Assistant for a Tow Trucking company. The Logistics Assistant will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks such as receiving service calls and dispatching drivers to the locations where service is needed, coordinating logistics management, and ensuring excellent customer service. Duties also include organizing and maintaining records, and ensuring timely delivery of services and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

-Proficiency in Customer Service skills
-Organization Skills
-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
-Ability to work independently and remotely
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Relevant experience in logistics is a plus
-Preferably female candidates
-Availability to work on weekends and nights
