The Employee’s responsibilities are, but not limited to, the list below:
- Sales
- Customer Service
- Intermediate level Excel skills
- Analysis of data
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Facilitate customer requests
- Dispatch drivers to respective to service location
- Provide training for incoming team members
- Provide all necessary information to drivers
- Keep all call notes updated
- Periodically check driver locations
- Serve as a liaison between insurance provider and client
