The Atlanta Local Home Buyers team is laid back, yet fast moving. We’re committed to continuous personal and professional growth, as well as, making a difference in the world.

We’re currently seeking a driven, proactive person to join our Acquisitions Team in the role of an Acquisition Associate. This person will analyze real estate investment opportunities and determine if they will be profitable for our company to acquire. You will work with a team of highly motivated individuals and will play an integral part of the company. As an Acquisition Associate, you will be playing a direct role in continuing to set Atlanta Local Home Buyers apart from other residential redevelopment companies.

PAY:
Base + Bonus

What will you do?:

The ideal candidate is charismatic, has the ability to easily build rapport, and is highly analytical when evaluating potential real estate deals. You will be responsible for getting properties under contract and taking them through the entire acquisition process.

The Acquisition Associate responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Finding & filtering for potential investment opportunities on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service).
- Analyzing real estate deals by determining the future sales price of a property, the estimated repairs needed, and the ideal purchase price using proven tools & formulas to determine profitability.
- Speaking to, building rapport, & developing relationships with real estate agents (and homeowners) over the phone to get properties under contract.
- Generate new business/pocket listings from having relationships with real estate agents.

What competencies/skills MUST you have?:

- English Level Advanced is a MUST
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone & in-person.
- Attention to detail & the ability to overcome objections.
- Charismatic with an outgoing personality.
- The ability to listen, answer questions, and create solutions to challenging situations.
- Strong follow up skills with real estate agents & property owners.
- Self-motivated and a strong personal drive to be the best at what you do.
- Desire to learn, follow, and improve proven real estate systems.
- The ability to work on multiple projects at one time.
- Team player.

What education/experiences do we prefer you have?:

- At least 1 year of Sales experience.
- Worked in the real estate space is preferred, but not mandatory.
