Key Responsibilities:

Company Formation:
-Research and manage the entire process of incorporating LegalBison in El Salvador
-Understanding all the legal, accounting and employment requirements, and preparing the necessary documentation
-Facilitating efficient and effective business operations and managing local bank account opening
-Researching and supporting the setup of local operations, including identifying suitable relocation offices and managing logistics where necessary.

Preparation of the Local Product List:
-Defining and detailing all services LegalBison will offer in El Salvador
-Outlining service descriptions, associated government fees, estimated timelines, and other relevant details for services such as company incorporation, registered agent services, bank account assistance, accounting, HR support, and various licensing (crypto and other applicable licenses)
-Delivering on the purchased services by our clients from the local back office in El Salvador.

Contracts and Agreements:
-Drafting contracts and agreements of varying complexity tailored to the client’s needs. Ensuring all drafted documents are legally sound and compliant with relevant regulations
-Conducting legal reviews of clients’ contracts and documentation and providing clear and concise feedback on potential legal issues and risks
-Participating in calls with potential and established clients, including providing assistance to Lead Legal Counsel in legal consultations and conducting meeting agendas and minutes of meetings
-Drafting documentation for clients’ business ventures, including Terms of Service, Privacy Policies, AML/CTF rules, data protection documentation, and other compliance materials as requested, ensuring all client documentation meets legal and regulatory standards
-Maintaining a comprehensive database of legal documents and products created during the course of employment, ensuring all documents are organized and easily accessible for future reference
-Conducting legal research and analysis of regulatory amendments in various areas of law, including crypto regulations, FinTech, banking, corporate law, cybersecurity, and data protection, in jurisdictions where we provide services. Reporting on significant changes and advising on their potential impact on our operations and our clients
-Drafting and localizing employment contracts to ensure compliance with El Salvador labor laws, tax regulations and the broader regulatory framework
-Providing strategic insights and advice on regulatory compliance and risk management specific to the El Salvador market
-Facilitating communication with local stakeholders and government bodies, assisting in securing necessary permits, licenses and approvals, which may require communication in the local language.

Commercial Proposals:
-Develop and prepare comprehensive commercial proposals tailored to client needs in El Salvador
-Ensure proposals are aligned with company standards and client expectations
-Conduct market research to identify potential partners and new business opportunities.

Strategic Planning:
-Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve growth targets
-Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform strategy
-Provide insights and recommendations to the senior manager on business development opportunities.

Global Partner Development and Client Engagement:
-Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions
-Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
-Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings
-Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions
-Maintain and strengthen relationships with potential and/or existing agents.
