Key Responsibilities:

Company Formation:
-Research and manage the entire process of incorporating LegalBison in El Salvador
-Understanding all the legal, accounting and employment requirements, and preparing the necessary documentation

Preparation of the Local Product List:
-Defining and detailing all services LegalBison will offer in El Salvador
-Outlining service descriptions, associated government fees, estimated timelines, and other relevant details for services such as company incorporation, registered agent services, bank account assistance, accounting, HR support, and various licensing (crypto and other applicable licenses)

Contracts and Agreements:
-Drafting contracts and agreements of varying complexity tailored to the client’s needs. Ensuring all drafted documents are legally sound and compliant with relevant regulations
-Conducting legal reviews of clients’ contracts and documentation and providing clear and concise feedback on potential legal issues and risks
-Providing strategic insights and advice on regulatory compliance and risk management specific to the El Salvador market

Commercial Proposals:
-Develop and prepare comprehensive commercial proposals tailored to client needs in El Salvador

Strategic Planning:
-Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve growth targets
