Join Tech Americas and be part of The United Firm’s Client Relations / Cancellations Team, supporting 15 offices across the U.S. We’re seeking organized and detail-oriented professionals to manage client cancellations, handle communications, and coordinate with the finance team for accurate billing and refund processing.

If you have strong English skills, experience in billing, payments, accounting, retention, and cancellations, and enjoy providing exceptional client service, this position offers an excellent opportunity for career growth in a professional, fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

-Manage client communications via email, chat, and phone calls.
-Prepare and process cancellation-related documents (Refund Requests, Accounting Forms, Closing Letters).
-Coordinate with the finance team on billing adjustments, refunds, and account closures.
-Follow up on pending matters and ensure accurate client documentation.
-Communicate effectively with clients and legal teams.

Requirements:

-1–3 years of experience in billing, payments, accounting, retention, or cancellations.
-Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) C1
-Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
-Comfortable using new technologies (Google Docs, Airtable, etc.).
-Open to work on-site.
