We are seeking a persuasive and empathetic Criminal Defense Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal representation. Your main goal is to convert potential clients into retained cases by building trust, identifying needs, and clearly explaining how our firm can help.

Key Responsibilities:

-Conduct initial intake calls with clients or family members involved in criminal cases.
-Gather essential case details (charges, court dates, arrest info, etc.) and assess urgency.
-Educate clients on the firm’s services, next steps, and benefits of legal representation.
-Accurately record all client information in the case management system.
-Coordinate with attorneys to ensure smooth case handoffs and timely follow-ups.
-Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.

Qualifications:

-1–2 years of experience in sales, client intake (legal experience a plus).
-Excellent English communication and persuasion skills (C1–C2 level).
-Strong attention to detail, empathy, and professionalism under pressure.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
-Ability to manage multiple leads, prioritize urgent cases, and meet goals.
-On-site availability required.
