INTERNATIONAL PURCHASING MANAGER

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions within companies managing high-volume product operations (home appliances, air conditioning, automotive parts, or industrial machinery).
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (conversational and technical).
Solid knowledge of customs regulations and international logistics.
Advanced Excel and SAP skills (mandatory).
Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic analysis capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the international purchasing department, ensuring compliance with KPIs and budgetary goals.
Negotiate prices, lead times, and commercial terms with international suppliers (U.S. and Asia).
Plan and coordinate the complete purchasing cycle, from request to final delivery.
Develop and evaluate new suppliers and international markets.
Analyze inventory turnover and propose optimization strategies.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Logistics, and Operations to maintain an efficient supply chain.
