We are looking for an Agent onboarding assistant; it will serve as a liaison between our corporate office and our field Sales Representatives to implement our prospective Agent applications. In addition, the ideal candidate will have strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills while upholding accuracy in all processed information while adhering to deadlines.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Review and process onboarding applications and documentation
Update and maintain internal records and databases
Coordinate with internal teams for account setup and equipment requests
Communicate activation status and updates to field teams
Support inquiries related to onboarding and application status
Assist in generating reports and tracking progress
REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience as an administrative assistant or front desk or handling documents is preferred
High school graduate and or some college preferred
Intermediate English, must be able to hold a conversation
Attention to detail
Action Oriented
Analytical thinking to analyzing information and using logic to address work-related issues and problems
Schedule: 8am-6pm M-F
