REGIONAL SALES MANAGER | SV

PURPOSE OF ROLE: Primary responsibility for the role is to sell raw materials and plastic resins, support existing accounts and continuously expand customer base.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Achieve profitable revenue growth, including robust new business development.
• Achieve stared gross margin targets as % of sales.
• Approach the sales process with a high degree of professionalism and effectiveness.
• Work with technical and customer Service team to ensure customer requirements and satisfaction is met.
• Ability to interact effectively at all levels of the customer and with all the customers functional groups.

KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
• Master's degree in International Business or Marketing is desirable.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Three years of experience in face-to-face B2B sales, preferably in industrial or raw material sales.
• Complex and strategic thinking skills to translate customer needs into solutions.
• Technical aptitude and critical thinking skills.
• Professional presence, including excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
