GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
We are looking for a Recruiter with full cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. This person will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct phone screenings to assess minimum qualifications and basic communication skills of applicants.
• Meet the set daily and weekly quota for number of phone interview passers to be processed for the next recruitment stage.
• Input necessary and accurate information in process trackers and the applicant database in a timely manner.
• Monitor online resume databases and other resources.
• Attend team meetings and calibration sessions with the recruitment specialists.
• Help back-office/administrative work supporting the phone screening process.
• Help the walk-in recruiting process and off-site recruiting activities.
REQUIREMENTS
• Desirable work experience as a recruiter or similar role
• Studies in Psychology or any business-related field (Desirable)
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
• Knowledge in all components of full lifecycle recruiting including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, and relationship management.
• Demonstrate ability to source and attract highly qualified individuals through cold calling, advertising, networking, and referrals
• Customer Service and technical skills or experience
• Strong management of MS Office package and emails and recruiting software’s & social media sources.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills 80% (desirable)
