The Support Center at Dollarcity… Is a dynamic team dedicated to providing technical assistance and problem resolution for store employees across multiple locations. Equipped with expertise in troubleshooting, system management, and user support, the team ensures seamless operations by managing local and remote equipment. Operating in a bilingual environment, the Support Center prioritizes efficiency, responsiveness, and innovative solutions to empower Dollarcity's workforce and enhance operational continuity.

As a Recruitment Administrator you will...work in a multidisciplinary team and help you build the future by supporting the full recruitment cycle by coordinating job postings, scheduling interviews, and maintaining accurate candidate records. You will communicate effectively in English, Spanish, and French to provide a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.

In a day as a Recruitment Administrator you will...

You will screen candidate applications to determine their knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to perform the specific position.
You will conduct intake sessions with hiring managers prior to beginning searches to validate job responsibilities, role outcomes, and required competencies.
You will coordinate and participate in interviews alongside hiring managers, ensuring complete selection decisions and an excellent candidate experience.
You will facilitate behavioral, technical and situational interview evaluations.
You'll identify areas to improve the experience for hiring managers and candidates.
You will work alongside other members of the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a positive, hightouch experience for each candidate, following best practices for recruiting, hiring and engaging top-tier talent.

What do you need to be successful?

Bachelor's degree in psychology or similar fields
3+ years of recruiting experience required.
Recruitment experience for “experienced/professional hiring” roles
Exceptional communication skills in English en French both written and verbal.
Proven ability to manage relationships at all organizational levels.
Strong attention to detail and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
You need to be a dynamic individual, customer-focused and with a sense of urgency.
