Talent Development: Mentor and develop the sales team, providing guidance and continuous training to foster professional growth and a culture of success.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the US and Canada, identifying opportunities for account expansion and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction to drive repeat business and referrals.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve revenue targets.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a key liaison between the sales team, executive leadership, and operations, ensuring a cohesive and unified approach to client solutions. (Operations in El Salvador, Nicaragua, etc)
Strategic Growth Initiatives: Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, service offerings, and strategic partnerships to drive long-term business growth for OSI Nearshore.

Language and Cultural Fluency: Native-level English proficiency (written and verbal) and a strong understanding of US and Canadian business culture are required.
Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales leadership, with experience in team management and client relationship management. Strong background with outsourcing or related industries is a plus.
Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans. Comfortable managing remote teams and working across time zones.
Leadership Experience: Proven leadership in building and scaling a B2B sales team, preferably with experience managing remote or geographically distributed teams.
Location and Travel: Must be based in our San Salvador, El Salvador office, with occasional travel to the US and Canada as needed.
NICE TO HAVE: (OTHER SOFT SKILLS)
High Emotional Intelligence (EQ): Leading a remote or distributed team requires a strong EQ. This person needs to be able to sense the morale of their team, provide motivation, and handle conflicts with empathy, even from a distance.
Exceptional Cross-Cultural Communication: This goes beyond simple fluency. It's the ability to understand and navigate cultural differences, build rapport with a U.S. team and clients, and effectively communicate business practices and expectations across borders.
Resilience and Adaptability: The role involves building a new sales team and entering a new market. This requires a leader who is comfortable with ambiguity, can adapt to changing strategies, and remains resilient in the face of setbacks.
Proactive and Self-Starting: Since they will be managing a remote team and acting as a central hub, they need to be self-motivated leaders who can take the initiative without constant supervision.
