We are looking for an Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact with potential clients who reach us through social media, TV, radio, and other advertising channels. In this role, you will pre-qualify clients, assess whether we can provide legal assistance, and schedule them for a consultation with an attorney.
Key Responsibilities
-Contact potential clients who submit inquiries via advertising channels.
-Conduct pre-qualification calls to evaluate case eligibility.
-Schedule in-person or virtual consultations with attorneys.
-Handle a high volume of outbound calls with a focus on conversion.
-Accurately record client details in the CRM/database.
-Build trust and deliver a professional first impression of the firm.
Requirements
-Intermediate English proficiency.
-2+ year of sales experience (residential services, financial products, or similar).
-Proven success with outbound calls and overcoming objections.
-Comfortable working under performance metrics and call targets.
-Strong communication, empathy, and active listening skills.
-Organized, persuasive, and sales-driven mindset.
