Accounts Receivable Analyst
Full-Time | Flexible Schedule | San Salvador

Take ownership of accounts receivable in a stable, well-established international operation. Your work keeps cash flowing, supports business growth, and connects multiple teams across the company. You’ll manage AR end-to-end, solve issues, and ensure financial accuracy that drives consistent results.

What you do daily:
• Process invoices, payments, and credit memos with precision.
• Reconcile customer accounts and fix discrepancies before they escalate.
• Keep transaction and communication records organized and up-to-date.
• Follow up on overdue accounts to keep collections on track.
• Produce reports that give the business clear, actionable insight.

What makes you a fit:
• 2+ years handling accounts receivable or financial data.
• Strong with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) and Excel.
• Fluent English for professional communication.
• Analytical, proactive, and detail-focused.
• Collaborative, professional, and reliable.
