ABOUT THIS ROLE
Seeking a motivated Treasury Assistant to support the Treasury operation with domestic and international SWIFT wire transfers adhering to internal policies and in compliance with banking regulations to ensure timely and secure processing of funds.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely and independently with banks and internal partners to complete swift wire transfers, resolve issues, and follow up on pending requests. Ensures communication of status and resolution to partners.
- Verify and ensure all data in wire transfers including but not limited to sender details, SWIFT/BIC, beneficiary bank details are accurate and complete.
-Independently manage routine and ad-hoc treasury responsibilities and organize workload to ensure tasks are completed and resolved within established guidelines.
-Update and manage treasury reports as required. Download data from various reporting systems and update reports, or other applicable application. Complete other treasury and ad-hoc reporting as necessary.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or equivalent and/or work experience
Work autonomously in a creative and dynamic environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrates initiative
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Fully bilingual (English and Spanish) Required
Strong attention to detail
