We are seeking an energetic and results-driven B2B Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, performing cold calling, and generating qualified leads for our business. Key Responsibilities
-Make high-volume outbound calls and perform cold calling.
-Identify, qualify, and generate B2B sales leads.
-Record activities and manage leads in CRM.
-Collaborate with the sales team to convert opportunities.
-Achieve weekly/monthly targets.
Requirements
-1–2 years of outbound/cold calling sales experience (B2B preferred).
-Strong communication and persuasion skills.
-Advanced English (C1) – written and spoken.
-Experience with CRM tools.
-Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
