We are seeking a Case Evaluator to join our team. This role focuses on following up with leads, evaluating client cases, and presenting our firm’s services. The main objective is to secure contracts and complete the intake process for new clients. This position is ideal for candidates with call center sales experience who are skilled in handling a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
Key Responsibilities:
-Promptly follow up on transferred leads.
-Evaluate client cases to determine eligibility for representation.
-Present the firm’s services and secure client contracts.
-Complete thorough intakes post-signature, gathering detailed case information.
-Manage a steady flow of outbound and inbound calls efficiently.
Qualifications:
-1–2 years of proven experience in sales and customer service (call center preferred).
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1–C2).
-Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to build client trust.
-Comfortable working on-site.
