We are seeking an expericed Human Resources Manager to plan and directs an organization's administrative functions related to employees, overseeing talent acquisition, benefits, employee relations, compensation, and compliance with employment laws to align with company strategy and ensure a positive workforce. Key responsibilities include recruiting, training, managing performance and benefits programs, mediating employee issues, and developing strategic HR initiatives to attract, motivate, and retain qualified staff.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support overall business goals.

Talent Acquisition:
Oversee the recruitment, interviewing, selection, and hiring processes to ensure the organization attracts qualified candidates.

Compensation and Benefits:
Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and compensation structures, ensuring they are competitive and equitable.

Employee Relations:
Serve as a link between employees and management, addressing demands, grievances, and disciplinary actions, while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Training and Development:
Design and implement training programs to develop employee skills, improve performance, and support career growth.

Performance Management:
Administer and oversee performance appraisal systems and talent management programs.

Policy Development:
Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures that align with organizational strategy and ensure legal compliance.

SKIILS:

Leadership:
Ability to lead and motivate HR teams and influence organizational culture.

Communication:
Strong communication, active listening, and presentation skills to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.

Problem-Solving:
Skill in handling conflicts, mediating disputes, and addressing sensitive workplace issues.

Ethical Conduct:
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive personnel information.

Adaptability:
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances in a dynamic work environment.

Knowledge:
Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and strategic human capital management.
