We are seeking motivated Case Evaluators to join our team at Tech Americas. In this role, you will engage with potential clients, assess their cases, present our client firm’s services, and secure signed contracts. Once retained, you’ll complete the intake process by gathering all necessary client and case details. This position requires strong communication, sales ability, and professionalism to handle a high volume of client interactions.
Responsibilities:
-Follow up on leads and evaluate case eligibility.
-Present services and secure signed contracts.
-Manage post-signature intake and client information.
-Handle a steady flow of calls with professionalism.
Qualifications:
-1–2 years of sales and customer service experience in a call center environment (outbound calls preferred).
-Strong communication skills in English (85% proficiency).
-Ability to build rapport with clients and work under deadlines.
-Open to on-site work.
