Job Title: Sales Assistant

About the Role
PGS360 is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Assistant to support our Account Manager in daily sales operations, client communication, and business development. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, advanced English proficiency, and experience in logistics, fulfillment, or customer operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare quotes for fulfillment, assembly, and transportation services.
• Request rate information, time studies, and transportation quotes when needed.
• Monitor and manage email communications on behalf of the Executive Account Manager.
• Coordinate updates and issue resolutions with Fulfillment, Assembly, Transportation, and other PGS teams.
• Manage the Executive Account Manager’s calendar, meetings, and travel scheduling.
• Track opportunities in the CRM, monitor deal progress, and flag follow-ups.
• Research leads and brands to identify new opportunities for PGS services.
• Analyze LinkedIn contacts to detect potential sales leads.
• Use AI tools to summarize customer calls, prepare notes, and generate insights.
• Support client meeting preparation, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Draft and share professional presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Provide daily update reports (morning, midday, afternoon) on tasks and priorities.

Requirements
• Advanced English (spoken and written).
• Valid US Visa (for occasional travel).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Previous experience in logistics, fulfillment, or sales support preferred.
• Strong skills with CRM systems and productivity tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, etc.).
• Comfortable using AI tools for reporting, communication, and analysis.

Compensation
$2,000 – $2,500 USD per month (depending on experience).
