ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Keep accounts up to date; research and resolve aged items
• Ability to manage large data sets between multiple databases and systems.
• Reconcile receivable, commission, losses and costs accounts.
• Provide excellent customer service to agents via phone and email.
• Prepare Excel reports for agents and Management.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in accounting/Business Administration/Economics preferred
• 3 years of work experience in accounting preferred
• Intermediate-Advanced English level
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, comparisons, creating reports, graphs)
• Technology background a plus
• High attention to detail
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Adept at working in a team environment as well as individually.
