Accounts Receivable Clerk
Flexible Hours | Full-Time

Lead the accounts receivable cycle in a high-volume operation, focusing on accuracy, compliance, and continuous process improvement. As the AR Supervisor, you will manage complex reconciliations, factorized accounts, and chargebacks. You will also coordinate closely with US corporate teams to ensure flawless execution.

Your role's scope includes:
• Overseeing massive billing runs, reconciliations, and AR detailed balance sheet closings.
• Handling complex chargebacks and disputes while maintaining daily communication with clients and US offices.
• Managing factorized accounts receivable, reconciling with factoring partners and resolving discrepancies.
• Maintaining customer setup in the ERP, including tax data, payment terms, and exemption certificates.
• Issue and control credit notes, returns, and adjustments with internal approval checks.
• Prepare analytical reports on aging, provisions, and client behavior for management.
• Lead process improvements, standardization, and quality control initiatives in AR.
• Mentor analysts to ensure KPI compliance and document quality.
Support internal and external audits to ensure fiscal and regulatory compliance.

Is this you?
• 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably in mid-to-large companies.
• Proven expertise in factorized AR, chargebacks, and credit processes.
• Advanced Excel skills and hands-on ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) for daily coordination with U.S. teams.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
• Analytical mindset, data-driven decision-making, and operational leadership skills.
