DESCRIPCION DE LA OFERTA
Support the efforts of the business through assisting with development of new and existing business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain files, sort and mail documents, manage large copy and fax requests and order supplies.

Coordinate and schedule team meetings and conference calls.

Coordinate special events, including promotional events and client visits.

Answer customer inquiries

Participate in training activities, report processing, and other activities to provide a high degree of service to meet customer service goals.

Manage recognition programs.

Expense reports general preparation, filing and follow up

Office supplies ordering and administrative costs management

Vendor invoice reconciliation & processing

Manage incentives budget file for Director

Manage Corporate and Anniversary Rewards program

Manage and plan community relations events

Corporate News representative to Marketing

Develop organizational chart updates to Corporate

Photocopy and staff quarterly client and executive business reviews

Schedule Director meetings and events

Any additional administrative, planning and reporting tasks assigned by the Director


REQUIREMENTS:

Skill in providing an exceptional customer experience.

Skill in verbal and written communication to analyze, interpret and address customer needs.

Knowledge of PC applications.

Ability to work in a time critical environment.

Ability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously.

Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes.

Knowledge of PC applications.

Ability to work independently and multi-task projects.

Program and event planning experience

Strong business math skills

Creative thinker and analytical evaluator

Ability to conduct research.

Ability to follow specific procedures and guidelines.

College or business school education with a minimum of 2 years administrative support experience.
