Human Resources Generalist

Responsible for recruiting and daily administration of general policies and programs covering compensation, benefits, training and employee relations issues. Provide recommendations in the development of employee policies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct recruiting, screen and refer applicants for particular job openings, administrator pre-employment, check references, and exit interviews.

Administer one or more of the human resource functions including recruiting, compensation & benefits, training, employee relations and safety.

Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures.

Handle employee relation’s issues.

Facilitate training.

Attract and recruit high caliber talent.

Assist in the preparation of reports for legislated requirements or organizational needs.

Provide accurate and timely information and assistance to internal customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

Skill in providing an exceptional customer experience.

Skill in verbal and written communication to analyze, interpret and address customer needs.

Knowledge of PC applications.

Knowledge of human resources practices and methodologies.

Ability to work with minimal guidance or supervision in a time critical environment.

Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes.

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources with a minimum of 3 years related experience in Human Resources or related area.
