CONTACT CENTER SPECIALIST

Ensure clients and vendors receive the highest level of customer experience. Responsible for processing and managing inbound operations calls while maintaining call handling times with effective results.


Key Responsibilities

Deliver world class service and build customer satisfaction and loyalty
Provide effectively and timely resolution of customer and vendor inquiries. Answer and process incoming calls, e mails, appointments and summaries.
Follows call handling procedures including transferring to appropriate queues.
Completes ongoing training to stay abreast of products, services and policy changes.
Works effectively as a team member

Schedule and shift availability ( Monday thru Sunday )
