We are focused on a V1.0 ‘Soft Launch’ that would have the following:

Minimum Requirement:
The person we are looking should have:

•Marketing background
•2 years of experience Spoken and written English
•Previews experience in actually running marketing campaigns – email,SEM,Social websites
•Ready to execute, we don’t need Strategy,we need execution.

Goals
•Refine the positioning – Develop Metrics – Setup for Initial Funding
•Test Partnerships - Start with Smaller Photo sites to develop Metrics

Market Location: California
Focus the initial launch in California – concentrate media & presence

Initial Market: Focus on Mom’s
•Blogs, e-mails
•Ambassador program
•Soccer & sports clubs
•School, Holidays, Travel events

Short Term

E-Miles – testing positioning – some registrations...
•We will be running some e-miles programs where we test some ideas / ads / positioning, etc.
•Present to them different ads and see what they react to...
•They can go all the way to a registration and we can also do surveys...

E-mail programs – working on acquiring lists

Create an Ambassador Program
The concept would be that we reward people for referrals...
•Create a referral code generation system that ties the Ambassador Program to a referral code
•Create a way to track the codes for registration and paying customers
•Manage and incentivize people to send e-mails / invitations to friends and family

Search Engine Marketing/Optimization – SEM & SEO
Provide analysis and manage the different test and acquisition campaigns

Social Media
Execute the Social Media Strategy for:
•Facebook
•Blogs
•Twitter
•Other
