Customer Care Representative
• Responsible for, pre- and post-sales service to customers.
• Acts as a liaison between the customer and manufacturing, sales, technical support, and financial services.
• Directs customer calls to the proper location and department.
• Recommends departmental improvements to management.
• Provides service to effectively resolve escalated customer issues.
• Provide support to management to effectively improve the overall service levels provided to the customer.
• May be responsible for escalated issues.
• Some coaching/mentoring required.
• Regular contact with manager.
Qualifications
• Advanced English level
• High school diploma
• Strong telephone etiquette skills.
• Able to utilize computer to input data.
• Handle customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Effectively prepare reports and identify customer issues.
• 2-4 years experience in a customer service or related fields
