Outbound Calls Team Specialist

MAIN DUTIES

1.Complete outbound phone calls:

2.Answer incoming telephone call and emails (when applicable).

3.Take new reservations from claimants and or vendors by phone and accurately input into data base.

4.Review, evaluate and handle complaints from patients and clients alike.

5.Escalated issues must be brought to attention of an Outbound Supervisor for resolution.

6.Provide direct, current and constant communication with our clients informing of any changes, authorization needs, and most especially problems encountered with patient´s transportation and/or interpretation schedule.

7.Communicate and follow up with all parties concerned (claimants, drivers, clients) the assignment information after scheduled, confirming addresses, pick up time, etc.

8.Knowledge of company history.

9.Participate in special company projects and training when needed.
