Real Time Analyst

Responsabilities
• Monitor, maintain and track agent interval performance and statistics.
• Monitor and maintain campaign statistics, campaign strategy, campaign scheduling and agent performance, ensuring real time inbound staffing levels and associated account goals are met.
• Receive, track, investigate and forward system and agent issues.
• Work collaboratively with team members when asked to work as part of a team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Manage the development and assignments of schedules and reports to maximize the utilization and performance on the floor during .25, ½ hr, and hourly intervals throughout the day.

Qualifications:
• Analytical ability.
• Organizational ability—the RTA is responsible for archiving reports and call center data.
• Proficient with computers specifically Windows and advanced Excel knowledge. (Required)
• General understanding of the call center environment preferred.
• 3rd. year of computer eng. business administration o similar field
• Schedule flexibility required
