We are now seeking a QA Engineer to join our Global IT team. The successful candidate will take a Quality Assurance leadership role in ensuring that our systems are tested and delivered to the highest quality standards.

Key Purpose of Job

You will work closely with all other members of the Global IT team to ensure that QA processes are developed, implemented and adhered to. You will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of product quality

Duties & Responsibilities
• Develop, document and execute test cases, plans and procedures.
• Work with developers, testers and product managers to reproduce errors, identify issues and resolve problems.
• Work closely with engineers and testers in a team-oriented environment to create and maintain new regression automated tests.
• Enter, track and update defects using defect tracking software.
• Develop and maintain test tools and suites for automation testing.
• Conduct tests based on test schedules and on an ad hoc basis as needed for Production Support.
• Closely work with the development and business team to ensure that testing needs are met.

Requirements:
• 3+ years QA experience testing web applications, API and Web services.
• Strong knowledge of Web/Intranet and browser technologies
• Strong IT Background with good understanding of IT technical concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desired
• Knowledge of agile development methodology.
• Interest in Automation and latest testing methodologies.

Education & Experience:
• BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent is desirable
• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in with the full spectrum of functional Quality Assurance testing and systems development lifecycles.
• Working knowledge of testing tools desirable
• Knowledge of MS Systems and MS Office
