JOB SUMMARY:
Main functions will be oriented but not limited to provide support to Ardent Global and its subsidiaries.
1. In charge of reviewing incoming requests for the different Ardent’s business units.
2. Prioritize invoices accordingly.
3. Perform creation and maintenance of cases/issues on Issue & Project tracking system (JIRA)
4. Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and obtain approval prior payment.
5. Perform Vendor on Boarding duties.
6. Process PO matching invoices into Microsoft Dynamics Navision.
7. Review and processing of different reports. This task may include: expense reports, intercompany transfers, credit card reports, etc.
8. Perform research in order to respond to all internal and external customers’ inquiries.
9. Proper follow up of pending issues based on priorities and assignments.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred but not required.
REQUIREMENTS:
2-3 years accounting experience *Preferred
Fully bilingual English and Spanish *Required
General mathematical and analytical skills *Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, and Word *Required
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal *Required
Effective analytical and organizational skills *Required
