DISPATCHERS

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Dispatchers or Provisioning Specialists performs, coordinates, and monitors the execution of multifaceted telecommunications orders and installations. This individual is responsible for working with new and existing clients to provision telecom services on their behalf. This person will work within the Cass system and vendor portals to provision moves, adds, changes, and disconnects (MACDs) of services such as, but not limited to, POTS lines, T1, T3, ISDN, Centrex, MPLS, DSL, cable, and SIP. This person is responsible for maintaining high levels of quality and productivity as well as maintaining a positive overall relationship with clients and vendors

REQUIREMENTS

? Customer Service, Retails, sales or dispatching Experience (Desirable)
? Clear Verbal and Written Communication Skills
? Team Player
? Time / Schedule Management
? Excellent English Skills
? Schedule Flexibility
