VIRTUAL EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and maintain executive schedules, including scheduling travel and conferences, making appointments, and making changes to appointments.
Reading and analyzing emails and agendas and determining significance. Directing to appropriate person in a timely and efficient manner if needed.
Prepare reports, collect and analyze information and prepare presentations.
Record meeting discussions and provide minutes.
Maintain knowledge by attending professional and technical educational seminars and workshops.
Assist with budget preparation for internal events.
Pre-screening candidates and help human resources scheduling interviews with higher management.
REQUIREMENTS
? Well - spoken and good written communication skills in English.
? Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
? Experience working with Salesforce, GoToMeeting, and Recruiter box is a plus
