The Agent Support Representative will manage the day to day revenue management operations within the assigned region. The responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

Develops strategies and executes action plans that will help the company increase transactions and maximize earnings
Able to handle high number of inbound and outbound calls
Conducts market analysis in assigned region that includes competitive pricing, seasonality and general characteristics of the corresponding country of origin and country of destination
Monitors and makes exchange rate adjustments for various countries, when applicable
Monitors GPT (gross profit per transaction) analysis in accordance with the information available for each agent (fees, competition, bonuses, commissions, etc.)
Coordinates with the sales team regarding action plans for their corresponding territories
Coordinates actions with the team to mitigate negative trends (transactions and/or revenue)
Provides excellent service to our agents and facilitates prompt resolutions to any potential issues
Builds up good relationships with our agents that will help us sustain long term business partnerships
Manages administrative matters of assigned staff

Requirements:

Excellent bilingual communication skills in English- Spanish (written and verbally)
Associate Degree or higher in Business Administration, related field preferred or equivalent work experience
Intermediate level experience in Excel
2 years in financial services or related field preferred
Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills
Demonstrate high research skills
Must be organized and detail oriented
Strong analytic, multi-tasking, presentation and team work skills
