The Server Infrastructure Administrator will provide systems engineering expertise to the company. This position will be responsible for ensuring that all Infrastructure Systems are functioning properly, within the design and security specifications established by IT, and that all applicable policies, processes, and procedures are properly communicated and adhered with.

The qualified candidate will demonstrate extensive to moderate experience in supporting the following systems & areas:

• Extensive experience managing and problem resolution with VMware 6.x/5.x environments. Provisioning, High Availability, Fault Tolerance experience with DRS, (at least 3 years).
• HP Data Protector Back-up experience or another solution. Disk to Disk and Disk to Tape
• Backup, site-to-site Replication and Disaster Recovery.
• Extensive experience with Windows Server OS / SQL Clustering and related technologies:
• Microsoft Exchange 2007 / 2010 and Office365 suite (preferred).
• Active Directory / GPO design architecture, sustainability and support, DHCP & DNS.

Essential Skills & Requirements

• Experience with AD, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, FTP, email, anti-virus, VMware v Center 5.x, 6.x, terminal services and various other aspects of managing Windows 2003/2008/2012 domains.
• Windows server 2008 / 2012 R2 builds (3 years minimum)
• Windows Patch Management experience / SCCM Design Experience / Non Microsoft Patching (3 years minimum)
• Proven Exchange 2007 / 2013 Administration and Design experience (3 years minimum)
• Symantec E-Vault Mail Archiving Experience
• Active Directory Support and Administration experience (3 years minimum)
• Windows 2003/2008/2012 Terminal Servers build experience (3 years minimum)
• DNS Whitelisting / Domain / Forest Upgrade / Office 365
• Microsoft DFS replication
• HP 3 PAR, HP Blade / Chassis experience. C7000 / iLO
• Brocade / Cisco SAN Fabric experience
• NOC Help Desk Experience. Supporting customers, taking calls, follow-up
• Experience working on server hardware/software configuration and administration.
• Experience working experience on Microsoft Exchange 2007 and above.
• Experience with Blackberry Enterprise Server and Microsoft ActiveSync to support mobile users.
• Experience with tape backup libraries and backup software such as Backup Exec or similar.
• Experience with a Corporate Anti-virus solution from such vendors as Trend Micro.
• Experience with Backup, Site to Site Replication, and Disaster Recovery.
• Must have experience with Windows Server OS / SQL Clustering. Active / Passive versus Active
• Proven Collaboration and a Team player, Positive attitude (required)
• Ability to support a 24x7x365 operation, including participation in monthly IT maintenance systems patching.
