Responsible and accountable for new agent applications for completion.
Job Functions/Responsabilities
·Generate Leads through research for potential Customers/Agents online and other search tools
·Initiate sales calls to prospects
·Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers/prospects
·Initiate underwriting process. Fill out forms, and coordinate completion of pre-approval package.
·Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter prospects into excel.
·Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted.
·Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements
·Manage tracking of projects and elaborate progress reports
·Troubleshoot any application errors or issues
·Data entry
·Correspondence – respond to all emails in a timely manner
