MIS MANAGER
Responsible for identifying and proposing information solutions for current business needs. Develops strategic plans for MIS growth region-wide. Benchmarks and defines methodologies and technologies used by the MIS team.

Job Requirements:
*Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Management Information System or similar
*One to two years of experience as Coordinator or Manager MIS
*Advance Call Center KPI knowledge mandatory
*Advanced MS Office mandatory.
*Advanced SQL knowledge mandatory.
*Visual Basic and Macros required.
*Basic Object-oriented language knowledge preferred
*Basic Database knowledge mandatory.
*Knowledge of two business functional area mandatory.
*Basic ITIL knowledge required.
*Intermediate Project Management methodology knowledge required

Special Certifications
*SQL Certification desired.
*ITIL Foundations Certification desired.
*Project Management Certification desired.
