Report To: Human Resources Manager
Type of Contract: Outsourcing

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Authorize discount orders from financial institutions and legal institutions.
• Review and approve the payroll.
• Gather all information required for payroll process, process payments for ISSS, ISR, AFP, and Bank Loans.
• Update the organizational structure and job descriptions.
• Conduct surveys of job satisfaction and work climate.
• Manage the petty cash.
• Perform the process of recruitment and allocation
• Resolve conflicts between employer and employee in accordance with labor laws and internal labor regulations.
• Support to improve Human Resources Policies, Procedures and Practice for the Project.
• Accessible to discuss all human resources related issues.
• Approve trainings with INSAFORP, Develop a training plan through Training Needs Detection
• Develop and carry out proposals that generate engagement with employees.
• Organize and work independently on multiple assigned task/projects and completion with specified deadlines.

Minimum Requirements, Education, Experience and Required Skills

• Bachelor or above, majored in Business Administration, Management or related field.
• Well experienced the following functions Labor Law, Payroll Process, and labor Compliance
• Knowledge on Recruitment, Performance, Staff Relations
• Self-Driven, Positive attitude, service oriented, team player, diligent
• Adaptable and use to work under pressure.
• Professional appearance
• Excellent Spoken and Written English
• Excellent skills on MS Office.
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service orientation
• Able to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
• Diligent attention to detail & safety
