Crowley Maritime is currently seeking a Mid - Sr. Business Systems Analyst (IT/ERP) to join our new team in El Salvador. The professional will be a key contributor and subject matter expert for our financial technology (ERP Systems) through all phases of the systems development life cycle (SDLC) and support

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in business or information systems or equivalent experience.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
5 - 8 years of business analysis experience in addition to strong analytical skills.
• Proven experience in integrating New Business Systems or Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst working with financial modules for ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, JD Edwards, Lawson etc.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY:
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Demonstrated experience with packaged software applications containing complex business functionality, use cases, process models, non-functional requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, including conveying technical information to technical and non-technical users.

JOB DUTIES:
• The primary responsibility of this position is the application of extensive Financial expertise and the experience in the support of the design, configuration, development, implementation and operation of our ERP and other integrated systems.
• The initial focus is to successfully implement the migration of our legacy systems (Lawson & Peoplesoft) into a new fully integrated Oracle/Fusion system.
• You will play key role creating a new foundation for our ERP system globally.
• Furthermore, you will have broader responsibilities that encompass a wide range of active and future system initiatives, business process development and documentation.
• With the scope of this project it will be imperative that you are excited about wearing many hats that will have you working on top level projects down to the basics. This is a very team oriented group.
• Critical thinking skills along with an inquisitive nature are key to the success of our migration.
• Performs quality control audits to ensure best practices and standards are utilized to help make recommendations for enhancements.
• Establishes relationship among key stakeholders and acts as a liaison during the design, management and implementation of business information systems and process changes.
• Partners with functional and strategic areas to establish and maintain a unified approach to implementing change.
• Manages medium to large scale, moderately complex to complex analysis projects, under minimal supervision.
• Develop models and plans to drive forward the strategy, taking advantage of opportunities to improve business performance.
